Tina Welch, a Realtor with eleven years experience is the Team Advantage team coordinator. Tina's primary responsibility is to work with our sellers advising them of needed preparations prior to listing their homes, taking pictures for the property brochures, creating the brochures, supervising the virtual tour and maintaining the website. Tina is also the escrow coordinator and monitors the escrow process. She makes sure the disclosures are completed, contingencies are removed on time, paper work is completed by both buyer and seller, inspections are scheduled and completed and she communicates with the title company to make sure all documents are in order. Tina's expertise is taking care of details, thus protecting the client during the real estate transaction.

Kathy Atwood, a Realtor with five years of experience, is the Client Service section of our support staff.
